Payment Method
Payment can be made via credit or debit card only.
No Shows & Late Cancelations
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full session fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice.
Cancelations must be made over the phone. Email and text messages are not private and can be delayed. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, cancelations are only accepted via phone.
Insurance
We are not in network with insurance companies, thus, we would be considered an “out of network provider.” People are often surprised to learn that they have out-of-network coverage and typically receive reimbursement for 50-80% of fees. We provide you with an itemized medical receipt (i.e., superbill) that you can submit for direct reimbursement via your insurance plan. If you are interested in using out-of-network behavioral health benefits, we strongly recommend that you call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to learn about your mental health benefits and coverage prior to your initial appointment with us.
